Refund policy

No refunds for change of mind

Jarvis is digital software that's delivered instantly, so all sales are final. We don't offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer need Jarvis, or bought the wrong plan.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your Covet Gadgets account (Account > Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future charges; payments already made aren't refunded.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If Jarvis has a major fault, you're entitled to a remedy, such as a refund. If something isn't working, please contact us first at unknownvoidbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best to fix it.
